SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF OUR PRODUCT TO YOU?
We currently only ship to customer addresses within Washington State. Packages are shipped every Tuesday. Orders placed and received by 11:59pm Sunday night will ship on the following Tuesday. Our product will be packaged with dry ice in a box with insulated protective wrap to insure freshness and quality upon arrival at its destination. We use FedEx to ship your beef and it will typically arrive in 1 to 2 days.
HOW DO I PICKUP MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
Please contact us at 509-910-4857 and we will make an appointment with you to pick up your order.
HOW LONG IS BEEF GOOD IN THE FREEZER?
Typically, beef should be good for 12 months as long as it is consistently frozen.
IS OUR PRODUCT USDA INSPECTED?
Yes, our product is processed at a USDA Inspected plant.

DO YOU RAISE THE CATTLE ON YOUR LAND?
Yes. The cattle are raised on land owned and leased in the North West.
SHOULD I CHOOSE GRASS FED OR GRAIN FED?
Grass finished is a slightly leaner meat than grain finished. Grain finished will have more marbling which will increase the flavor. If you are about the taste of the meat, then grain finished is for you. If you want a leaner cut of meat then grass finished is for you. If you are undecided try both and see for yourself and note your preference in your online order.
